We provide Caregivers with a “Break”, with PAMPER SESSION to PROMOTE WELLNESS and SELF-CARE!
We hold them up with SUPPORT, to strengthen them to SURVIVE their journeys.

Gimme a Break is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to care for caregivers. We provide support, resources, and outreach to promote self-care and survival! It is our mission to help caregivers to survive and then thrive beyond the statistic.
Caregivers are isolated, unable to reach out. We have formed a Community of followers that are given strength, hope and encouragement everyday. We continue to reach out, grow and educate with a goal of serving a Worldwide Community of Caregivers.
Our Weekly Support Sessions offer education, shared knowledge and Professional guest speakers. This is not your typical support group. Caregivers are virtually hugged, virtually given relaxation and spa like experiences and literally made to feel uplifted!
We work to create a safe place for Caregivers with the aim of building a retreat for the forgotten to educate and rejuvenate.
