Gimme A Break is a public nonprofit 501c3 organization whose mission is to Care for the Caregivers to provide support, resources, and outreach to promote self-care and survival!

Our community of Caregivers continues to grow with a Chapter now forming in Houston! Since our beginning in 2020, our Caregivers have received support in so many ways!

Every week at our Support Sessions we share resources, knowledge, and emotions to help our Caregivers regain their balance. Valuable information from lawyers, financial managers and others helps our Caregivers to make the right decisions through our online webinars and in-person presentations. Generosity from professionals create mini spa experiences at our Pamper Sessions. All this at no cost to our caregiving community.

Our events throughout the year are caregiver centric with a strong connection to Community for all caregivers. The Hawaii Caregivers EXPO, Shine A Light Celebration and our Caregiver Retreat are designed to support caregiver survival.

Our Team if Volunteers give of their time and expertise to present webinars and educational workshop focused on caregiver wellness and helpful education on caregiving tips. Vetted Resource Partners are always available for professional, licensed and certified information that is vital to our community of caregivers. We do what we do for Caregivers!
